Once I have to replace my sim cause my mobile stolen and I have to start my number the experience is very good. Most of time their you have to Waiting for your time has to come. The staff is also well behavior and supportive. They also support you out of the box also if someone is not able to do any procedure or anything. Store is well maintained just one issue is there is not so space so when so many people enter like 10 to 12 it's become very difficult to go here and there.location also at prime place near to metro and bus station. Easy to accessible. Store also have more accessories if you want to buy like smartphones , power bank ,covers.

It's compulsory to give one star otherwise this outlet staff doesn't deserve even one star for this rude behaviour. Worst service I have ever experienced. Interested thing is Sahbaz and Rinku they are suggesting me that for this problem it's better to PORT your sim JIO to another brand like Vodafone and Airtel. Not recommended at all Worst worst service
