Today I received my A3 paper cutting machine. While dispatching it , they said if they send by transport it may damage machine , no gurantee. So I agreed with the courier service they have tied up with and paid rs 236 for sending 3.5 KG of machine from Mumbai to Indore. Eventough by their choice , machine came in very bad condition. Its waste of money for me. There sales guys also very rude in talking. See my screenshot of conversation. They simply said that its not there responsibility for such damage product. FYI , Invoice Number 5802

Bad Experience. Had bought Heat press machine from here now machine has come in problem and no one care about discussing. These young people working here as no idea what they are doing and glued their eyes on mobile phone while customer visits the stores. Very disappointed when their repair engineer not available to attend customer.

Bought a clock and frames from the store on 14oct the lady in the store was very rude and she gave me the product but knowingly she didn't give me the full part for assembly as well as damaged it was not fit for resale such a shocker it was for me such a big store but such unethical practice I recommend not to visit this shop as they don't care for thier customers it was an very bad experience. Not worth just you will waste your money
