I baught Computer in June'17, in 1st week or second week computer is opening very slowly and software loaded by them is also not opening fast. I called their person to check it. He is not at willing to do at the first saying it is working good. Then I again told about the problem then he started reinstalling other programs. Now I came to know that my computer is not in warranty as I took assembled. They will charge for the service. I will check today the invoice. Even their one receptionist (younger) not give answer properly. My advice never go to Omkar Computers (Vile Parle East) for any problem or new purchase. First of all, above comments from myself (Saloni) not from my husband though his name is reflecting. I knew that no warranty on software and all. I had called at your office for my monitor is not opening showing some error. from this how would i come to know whether it is software or hardware problem. Second 1st time your person came to installation which is very slow and the same time new educational cd was not opening ....for that i had called up . So your person had came to check...that time he was about to leave saying nothing is there in PC. when i came from office and told him how come PC is so slow which is totally new. so he has formatted and installed new version or something. But still the PC is slow. If i know that u dont give free service atleast six months or year, i would have not buy anything from you. very disappointed. I will see some other computer engineer. thanks

Very rude person. They scammed me for my laptop repair. Reflowed the laptop and claimed that they installed a new GPU. Out and out scammer. Avoid at all costs.

Absolutely rude customer service. No value for money. Don't be surprised if you get cheated. There are way better providers available otherwise providing better service and cost.
