I got a earphone from this place 7 months ago and i wanted a Jbl or Sennheiser but the sales person was showing me other options and was forcing me to get soundone earphones. I asked him for my choice again he insisted to check soundone for once, i did and he said that there was no trail for this earphones and as I've opened a sealed one I've to get that. I was not happy but still got that and within 3 months i had to ask for a replacement as the mic stopped working. I had to wait for 8 days to get it replaced which was acceptable. I got the replacement first time and again within 3 months the replaced earphone stopped working. I went for a replacement again and i had to wait for 8 days again. After 8 days when i went to take the earphones, the salesman was giving me the different earphone which was cheaper with the same company. I told him regarding the model which i had which he said is only 1 piece available. Later he took out another box which had 10-12 packed headsets, out of which i took a new one (replaced) which had an issue with the mic, i told the salesman regarding the same, Instead of giving me the other new earphones he asked me to put it on a replacement and wait for 8 says more as the replaced earphone was also sealed before checking. Every person in the store is either rude or least bothered about their customers, they're just looking for their profit! 1 star for letting me know the pathetic service and NOT RECOMMENDING this store to anyone.
