Had a wonderful experience shopping at Polestar - a one stop shop for all my lights..bought some amazing hanging lights and wall lights from them..they have an excellent collection of all kind of lights. Varsha and Sunny- such amazing people..really take care of clients need..also such good after sales service. They happily gave me suggestions and changed one hanging light for me as i felt it was not going with the ambience of the room. Will definitely go back to them for all my lights solutions! 5 stars to them as no option for more!!

Good collection of products. The owners themselves run the place and they have a good understanding of your needs. Very convenient location and good hygienic surroundings and shop. No need to go beyond bandra for your lighting needs.

The stuff is expensive and doesn’t do justice for the price paid. For example, I bought two lamps and the shades weren’t matching so they said we will get the shade done in 2-3 days. Almost a month passed and I had to keep following up. They ignored my calls etc etc. In the end they ofc gave me those shades, but wasn’t a pleasant experience, especially coz they claimed to be high end but the service wasn’t of that level.

She even dropped in for a consultation, which made my choice so much easier! Also, they're reasonably priced, have plenty variety and are right here in Bandra West. I didn't need to travel to other parts of the city at all!
