Today I got my package from Pradhan embroidery stores. I am so happy seeing all the pretty yarn so well packed, looking exactly as it's photographed in the website and delivered as promised. This is the third time I have ordered through them and I find them very professional in their approach right from selling through delivery. They have good range of yarn and accessories that will inspire any crocheter be it a beginner or an expert to work on different projects. The detailed description of each yarn and it's usage is very helpful for a crocheter. Besides the customer support through whatsapp is good. I will definitely recommend Pradhan embroidery stores to anyone who love to do any craft work. 5 stars to quality, delivery and service

I ordered for the first time from Pradhan Embroidery Stores and my experience was really good. They have a wide range of items for those who love art (embroidery, crochet and knitting). Products quality is really good. What I really like about the store is they are very responsive to their customers by communicating on WhatsApp. They delivered my order even 4 days before the due date in this pandemic. Wish them good luck for future endeavours. :)

I looked for Pradhan stores online as recommended by one of the crochet tutorials on u-tube. Had been looking for good threads for a long time. Was an absolute delight to see so much variety. And a pleasure to deal with such a professional store. The service was very prompt and the parcel came well packed. Thank you from a very satisfied customer

Pradhan is a lovely place to buy yarns and supplies for your knitting and crochet needs. I have been yarn shopping with them since 2015, the owner Shailesh is very kind and friendly. Do note that the prices are cheaper than Amazon and the branded websites themselves. Includes many brands and a wide variety of yarns like cotton, acrylic, pure wool and T-shirt too. The popular yarns get sold very quick so make sure you are buying enough or more than you require for your project. Only con is that the shipping is not free unlike Amazon.

Edit: after winding some of the hanks of Gul-era 3ply yarn I have noticed that there seem to be quality control issues. In some places the loosely woven threads are broken and attached with knots, which would result in the knots and thread sticking up in odd places, there is also single thread bunching up/sticking out of the rest of the yarn. There is also discoloration/staining in some of the hanks. Honestly feeling even more dejected because my purchase. Original review: I really wish they accepted returns. The Gul-era 3 ply cotton is very loosely wound and would be really difficult to crochet with. Have attached a photo incase any other crochet-er would like to check. I don't know what I am going to do with all that yarn and the money spent on it. Second issue is with the purse hanks I ordered, it smells really bad, though I really like the quality and colour. Also ordered some Gul-era chainlet which thankfully looks good for making amigurumi/purses etc and the only item I am happy about from my order. Had ordered twice and my orders were delivered 46 days later but far ahead of the expected delivery date (covid delay) and they combined my second order with my first as well (no refund on postal charge). I am happy to get my order ahead of time but really regretting ordering the Gul-era 3 ply and wish it was possible to clean the purse hanks to remove the smell before I crochet with it. Would definitely recommend the store, considering their amazing selection on all kinds of stuff a crochet-er/knitter can want, but would caution against spending too much on a new item as you might regret it.
