Yesterday Morning just mail them about issues of my mixer grinder because their customer care number was not available. Immediately they replied us. Today morning technician visited home and problem is solved. Good team. Great going

Needed food processor attachment so contacted 15 days back. The customer care gave me the number of nearest customer service person who I called many times but no response. As I needed the attachment I continuously called and luckily I got a call from that person. To my surprise that person had no idea of product price and he took 3 days for telling me cost of processor attachment. So I at last told him to send me the attachment to my address and to that he says the stock is not there. So he would send the person who would call me and bring the attachment. Now it is almost a month still no calls or message from the service centre. Very disappointed with such a good company.

Extremely horrible product. Please dont buy it. I bought a Preethi gas stove 3 weeks back. Leave alone installing that i had to do it myself. The knobs are are so hard that it takes a lot of pressure to off the gas and now the gas isnt closing that means the knob has gone bad. Very dangerous. Dont even want to rate it. Its an absolute thumbs done.
