I have been going to puffle pets for months, for both grooming and boarding. I trust them with my baby, which is a lot. He always comes back happy and beautiful. Their prices are very reasonable for both boarding AND grooming. They have an amazing facility, excellent location next to Carter road with incredibly friendly professional and responsive staff. They’ve helped us out last minute several times. Having someone answer the phone or online chat at any time and also being able to pick up our cat at any time. They have so many services and perks you can take advantage of too! They’re prepared for our arrival when we return and we always feel confident and comfortable leaving our furry family member with them.

Puffle pets is the first person/time that I have ever let my cat board with and I must say it’s a huge surprise to me that it could feel so trusted and relaxed to let my cat with some one else! Both my cat and I are completely in love with Puffle pets . I just have no words as to how attentive she is both professional and friendly with an effortless attention to details. It’s just the kind of person you see and instantly trust and like. I am a little worried my cat will love her more than me :) but really it would be very well deserved! I feel very lucky to find a boarding as good as Puffle pets. :)

Recently boarded my cat with them and was very impressed! My criteria for a good cat boarding has always been - Cleanliness - like really spic and span, Cruelty free - no cages (not even for feeding), Owner stays on premises - the cats are not conveniently locked up and unsupervised at any time. The owner stays at the same premises and genuinely cares for their well being. Puffle Pets met them all and exceeded expectations. A bonus, they are extremely nice to deal with! Total peace of mind boarding my cat with them!

I can't praise Puffle Pets enough. My husband and I travel a lot and for extended periods of time, which means that we have to leave our cats with someone we trust. We were very pleased to find puffle pets. First of all, they have actual boarding area with plenty of space for the cats, and not cages as many other boarding places have. My cats love staying out in the sun and Puffle pets gets plenty of sunlight. They also require health records before accepting guests. One of our girls needs to get her meds twice a day and Anamta always made sure that it was taken care of. Even though the boarding is a two-hour drive from where we live, the peace of mind they offer us is really worth it. Anamta is always really nice and friendly, and made arrangements to assist us when we were faced with some unforeseen circumstances. They also send pictures and videos of our cats every day during playtime. My girls always complain a lot on the way back home because they don't want to leave! This is a place made by people that not only love what they do, but that are also extremely competent. Thank you so much for the excellent service you provide!

Great facility! I had tried a place previous to this one and was not impressed. Puffle Pets is clean and the staff is extremely friendly and always happy to see the cats. My cat has a bit of an attitude and other facilities wouldn’t deal with her. Puffle Pets has gotten her to not only have many wonderful stays over the last year, but when I pick her up she wants to stay. That’s how I can tell they take good care of her.

As a first time pet parent I was really skeptical to leave my cat anywhere. He has got so comfortable at home that I thought he wont like it at any other place and then I came across Puffle Pets. The first advantage of this place is that it is literally 2 minutes walking distance from my house. Secondly when I entered there with my pet he immediately felt at home with was such a huge relief for me. Anamta and her mom really took good care of Leo just like their own and she kept updating me as I was pretty anxious. But all my worries disappeared as Leo was in safe hands and within 3 days Leo was back at Puffle Pets, which is home away from home. I highly recommend this place for the care and love the cats are provided with and also the hygiene and cleaniness is top notch. Great place, lovely people. Leo says a huge thank you ️
