Poor servicing. Replaced horn and now the steering has issues. The left indicator was supposed to be changed and now that has also become tight. The car had small scratches. We thought they would remove it however the service centre did not bother to remove them. Whereas while I went to fill petrol next day,s person from the petrol pump removed the scratches for free. When I complained, they told us to come there ourselves. They said they won't send driver or reimburse petrol bill even though this is caused by their poor servicing. For basic servicing of a vehicle of 7 years, they charge almost 13K and they expect more money. Very poor servicing.

Worst experience.. the advisors are less knowledgeble.. they will never rectify or fix ur issue in one go.. its pure money making that happens here.. scarcity of parts and drivers for pickup and drop.. they will ask u to rate them 10 upfrontly and thats the only time when they act helpful.. overall wosrst experience everytime i visit here..

Third class service center .. not picking up call .. they don't know to handle their customer . When I call then they all say that they will call u back in 2 min this is their common dialogue .. their r charge so much, so people expect very professional service ..but their can't .. they should close or upgrade they staff .

When I delivered the car for some maintenance work everything was intact, dropped it so that the advisor could have a look at it so left the car for maybe half an hour and this part from the mirror went missing and the service center was blaming us for missing of the part... I wouldn’t recommend this service center ever cause this is the 3rd time some thing has not gone right!!! DONT GO TO SC FORD!! They seem to be doing us a favor by doing the service...
