Medium size showroom. Not so crowded. Staff seems to be good. More feedback can be given after couple of visits. I tried to contact over phone for basic information, but response was cold in my case.

Had inquired for Kia Seltos GTX plus test drive. Was told car is in service workshop and will take 2 days. No response for a month. Doesnt seem interested ib selling cars

Very bad service. Had to literally chase down the customer executives after booking Kia sonnet. We were not given any clear idea of the waiting period. Every time we called the customer executive ketPt on saying it will come in a week and so on for 3 months. When the car was finally in the showroom he called and when we went there he said he had send the car to workshop, he did this twice. At the time of delivery he called the earlier day late night to say that the showroom is closed on Sunday and pls come on Monday, after we had informed him a week in advance that we will take delivery on Sunday and he had agreed at the time. Ruining the good name Kia . No professionalism at all. Never been harassed so much with any car and this is our 5th car.

Bad. Cannot deliver as promised. Only good until sale. Nobody interested in delivery. Demo chap wanted to finish asap as he had multiple sales calls to attend. Fuel tank at almost zero. Could barely take the car till a nearby pump. Feedback form being filled before delivery. And a lot of other multiple issues.

Finally I booked the car from different showroom of Kia bcoz of following reasons- 1. Unattentive staff 2. Lethargic approach towards customer by sales staff during sales pitch 3. Not facilitating test drive even asked by us 4. Might be judging customers on the basis of their appearance I suggest all prospectives 2 give preferenec to other showroon than this. You will surely disappoint as even I can see some comments that customers r facing lot of issue even after booking frm this showroom.

Worst Showroom ever. Doesn't deliver as conveyed, inexperienced staff and don't meet their own timelines. Had booked a sonet in September, hasn't delivered yet and not even promising any date yet. Would recommend some other showroom instead.
