I traveled in this bus yesterday night from Phaltan to Mumbai . The service is pathetic. They never follow their commitments about time. I was standing with my friend (both female) at phaltan bus stop and the boarding time was 11.15 PM but they reached at 1 AM. On call they were saying reaching in 10 mins that made us stand for more than 1 hr. Even after entering in bus , seats where not good . Used tissue paper were lying on our bed. Even though booking AC Sleeper , AC is not working. Blankets were unclean and used . I felt bus coordinator was drunk after talking with the person in person. At the time the person came to collect money , I refused to pay the full amount by looking at their time and service commitments, that time bus coordinator told us to cancel the booking and get down from bus at 1 AM . I have travelled many times in my life I’m sleeper buses but this is the worst service I received till date.
