I got my PS3 repaired. Had not used it for years. Must admit that Mr Sohail is a professional and truely a genuine person. The whole staff is very good. Highly recommend this place for repair/ buying anything related to gaming.

I recently purchased a Nintendo Ds lite from them . I cannot stress enough how good their customer service is . It is a family run business and they understand how to do excellent service . They went above and beyond of what was required of them . I live an hour away from their store and I had gone to purchase a Nintendo from them when I got home the Nintendo was not charging , I called them up and Mr Sohail was so amazing about it , and he arranged to change the Nintendo and sent his brother all the way for changing , turned out it was my own charger which was at fault and still they were great about it . This store has become my go to for all my gaming needs and I highly recommend it to everyone . I want a special thank you to Mr Sohail’s nephew who showed me on WhatsApp the working of the other Nintendo and helped me put my worries to ease. Thank all of you for Amazing service which is very rare in today’s time .

Best place for gaming needs in Bandra. They have all consoles/games you could need and they also offer repairing services. I went to 5 places and they all refused to repair my PS4 which was totally dead. GameStop was the only place in Bandra which had the tools and ability to repair my PS4. Also Sohail bhai is a very honest and trustworthy person so I would 100% recommend this place to you for all gaming needs.
