Very nice person. Gave me enough time to audition speakers and made no haste. Did not force any decision upon me. Unboxed a fresh subwoofer for giving a demo, which I have not seen elsewhere. Auditioned Dali Zensor series paired with Onkyo, Denon. They also had Mission, Pioneer, Paradigm and many more brands on display. Pricing was good as well. Highly recommend this shop for making High End Audio Video purchases.
