The zoomcar coordinator person almost got away with stealing my phone. Please be vigilant. Scorpio audio was not working. Rest all cars are great as usual.

Easy and fast pickup and return. Good choice of vehicles. Got a good deal and so got a car for very cheap rate. Cars are reasonably well maintained and the interiors are kept really clean. A little difficult to locate for a non Mumbaikar.

I would request everyone who is planning to rent a car from zoomcar to consider other options. I am very dissatisfied with Zoomcar and it's services. First, I have booked Tata Hexa. At the last moment they replaced the car with Mahindra Scorpio. Then, the car was handed over uncleaned from inside and outside as driver told that they got the replacement in hurry. Next, zoomcar charged a cleaning fee of Rs 1000 just because of some left out stuff like water bottles etc. After complaining multiple time they did not removed the cleaning fee. Don't trust or use zoomcar. You will get chested in some or other.
