Amazing service! Was stuck in a long jam and could only order take away from their restaurant. Their closing time was 9pm but they allowed us to pick it up at 9pm. Person who spoke to us over the phone was very kind and helpful. She recommended a couple of dishes and also helped us with gauging portion sizes for the number of people in our group. Their customer service was very warm and friendly to us. Their food was also pretty good! Taste was great. They also ensured that our food wouldn't arrive soggy from the condensation, like for example we ordered pai tee but they separated the pai tee holders from the fillings so that it wouldn't get soggy from the car ride home. Very thoughtful service, truly enjoyed it despite not having eaten there.

The restaurant is nicely decorated and the ambiance is good for family and friends gatherings. The owner and their service crew are very-friendly and attentive to their customers. They would recommend their signature dishes and they will inform that orders are already enough for the dining pax. Which is good as to ensure no wastage of food. Food taste good and servings are fast. Portion is huge and price is reasonable.
The menu book looks good. The shop has the classic nyonya decor. The waitresses are friendly. The food is under my expectation. The taste is not strong enough. Only the the fry brinjal is delicious.
It's a good idea to make a reservation for this restaurant as they fill up really fast. We were there just after opening and was happy with a table outside (Dad is a smoker). The meals were delicious although the chicken was a little tough. Great service. It's a nice and relaxed place to dip your toes into nyonya cuisine.
What more can I say? An absolutely fantastic food experience! Service is very friendly and homely, the price is moderate, the food exceed my expectations. I can tell it's lovingly prepared daily and from fresh ingredients. During my trip to Penang I visited there twice for lunch, both times were wonderful. Forget the bad reviews, give them a try!

Nice food, fish and veggies are fresh. A bit hard to park, tables are too near each other because the dining venue is technically similar to a terrace house
Good nyonya food. Will come here everytime I'm in town. I will consider the prices to be still affordable considering the effort usually required to prepare authentic nyonya food. Some must try include the jiu hu char, perut ikan and the pulot hitam.
