If u dont have to go to this location dont. Most of the staff think they are above u and dont need to listen to u. I was going to another cleanslate for over a yr and loved all the staff no matter how busy their day was they still made time for u. Unfortunately i had to start going to muncie and i have had bad experiences from different staff from day 1. Some of them should b reaching out for help themselves.

I see jasmine is writing in reviews for this place and she is a emoloyee here. If u listened and treated people w more respect u wouldnt need to write a review urself. Hope i get an apology next time i see u for calling me a liar and making me go even more days w out meds and risking my sobriety now that i had to have my blu anthem transportation call and tell u exactly what i told u happened and i had to miss my appt from no fault of my own. This place is suppose to welcome people who have had a rough time w life and b understanding to their patients and atleast listen to what they need to say before making their own assumptions.
Terrible attitude towards their patients that they are “supposedly” helping. Every experience here is met with a rude staff, ridiculous waiting times that they lie to you about and an overall terrible attitude for an institution that is intended on helping people. Stay very far away from clean slate if you actually want to get sober
Awesome people I've never had a problem I would recommend them to anyone that's struggling
Cleanslate helped get my life back they treat you like a person and have some of the most understanding and caring staff I ever met
