We recently purchased a 2021 Toyota RAV4 from Toyota of Muncie and our service and experience was top notch. I would consider the transaction and interaction with Mickey Rodgers to be excellent. Mickey went over and above to answer any question or concern to ensure that we found the car we were wanting at the price we were wanting. I would highly recommend anyone to visit Toyota of Muncie and asking for Mickey Rodgers so that they receive the same enjoyable treatment. Car shopping can be stressful and Mickey exemplifies customer first treatment.

They went out of their way to help me locate exactly what I wanted and to make the deal super smooth. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase or car buying experience. If anyone is looking at getting into a vehicle, I’d definitely recommend contacting Brandon from Toyota of Muncie. I was young and dumb a few years ago and made some decisions that impacted my credit score. I never thought I’d actually hear back from a dealership after filling out an online application but this time it was completely different. Brandon contacted me a couple hours after I completed the application. He was very thoughtful and professional throughout the entire process. He was the complete opposite of a pushy salesman. He was genuinely concerned about getting me into a vehicle that I could afford and I was happy with. Brandon even went to the extreme to come in on his SATURDAY OFF because my schedule is very unpredictable. This guy definitely deserves a pay raise.
