Oil change
Went for tires, Kayla there was extremely helpful and got me set up with getting a new set of 4 tires for my Edge. Unfortunately while putting tires on the mechanic noticed I needed tie rod ends, which I wasn't excited about but I knew they had to get done so I can be safe while driving. Everyone there was extremely helpful and answered every question I had, even reassured me about everything after all my questions. I also noticed the oil change for synthetic oil is much cheaper there then Jiffy Lube as I spent 105 for synthetic oil change earlier in the day at Jiffys before going for tires and at Jacks oil change for synthetic is 68. I will definitely be returning to Jacks for all my car work and future oil changes. Highly recommend!!!

A shop to avoid. Busted off a tire pressure sensor during a replacement of two front tires. Likely knowingly, but said nothing. My follow up visit took 2 hours for them to remove one tire to fix their mistake. During which they couldnt remove the lug nuts they had extremely over torqued with an air gun via the previous visit. This is a shop I would never return too.
Just as we hopped off the interstate my Ford Explorer decided to throw a belt and we limped it in to JW and they helped us get back on the road while we grabbed a bite to eat. Very friendly and accommodating. The shop was very clean and organized.
Never again. Tried to tell me they couldn’t do an alignment because the parts were dealer only plus the parts were rusted and wouldn’t come off easily. First of all Napa had the parts needed in stock and second, yes there was rust. It’s what your getting paid to deal with. Lazy, guy I talked to was rude and NEVER again will I or anyone I know step foot in there.
Everyone was knowledgeable, personable, and friendly! Even though they couldn't do the alignment on my vehicle, they showed me what was wrong with it.
Get customer service...the front desk employees were very knowledgeable and very friendly...
Staff was very professional the store is very clean. I was a drive in no appointment flat repair and it was not a problem.
