My Ford Escape required repairs due to an accident. I was advised this would take 2-3 days. I was provided a loaner vehicle. I was pleasantly surprised when I received a call the next day that my vehicle was ready. When I picked up my car I couldn’t tell that it had been damaged- it looked like new. I was even more surprised that the Escape had been washed - even the front and back floor liners had been cleaned! I have been a loyal Ford driver for 30 years and it is service like this that keeps me in their cars.

Obviously they are the most fair and honest service center among the all Mazda service centers I visited since 2014. From the front desk to the mechanic guy. They won’t charge you for what you don't have to be charged for. They are the best of the best.
