Placed an order for a cylinder loader on Dec. 8th. Website keeps saying \awaiting shipment\. I've emailed and called several times. They now tell me it was shipped and returned damaged. Money was taken out of my account two weeks ago...still no loader. Asked about a tracking number, guy has no clue. Stay tuned...this is NOT the way to run a business. Getting tired of the covid and snowstorm and \it's the post offices fault\ excuses.

They damaged my rifle. Find another shop. I took a rifle in to have the sights replaced. I go to pick it up and you can see where they clamped it into an UNPADDED vise. Down to bare steele. The kid pretended he couldn't see it and said \all I can do is say I'm sorry\. Rifle was two weeks old. Never again will I do there for anything.

Went in to look at some cap and ball pistols, as I have no idea where to begin. Showd me one, then two, then six, then a seventh! Let me hold them, run the action a couple of times, test out the sights, everything! At the end, ended up grabbing a 36 and a 31 caliber, and they made sure we had everything we needed to start shooting. Absolutely amazing and very social people! Big thanks to Bones for his hard work and dedication!
