These houses are top quality the problem is sub par installation of the homes.You can not blame the manufacturer of the as it clearly sound to me that your set cre has missed the sealing causing excessive airflow. We can help you solve these issues if you need help.

House was decent office staff especially Bob Long was a disaster. I have never had to kiss someone’s ass so hard to spend money. Once the deposit was made the process still drug along but it was at the point of too late to back out. I would really do your research before giving them your business, unless your building many units then you might get the time of day. This is the first bad review I have wrote and I can’t express how much a regret selecting them for my modular home. Long story short once then have your commitment you may get one response for every ten calls or emails and at that point they still can’t answer the questions you may have.

Our home was delivered 2 years ago and we have had nothing but trouble since. There is only a 1 year limited warranty on the homes (always read the fine print) and our point of contact Tom has outright ignored us after multiple emails over 2 years attempting to get things remedied. We now have severe water damage from 2 exterior doors that were installed poorly.

Our new house arrived months after it was supposed to show up. We finally settled in late October 2018 and have nothing but issues with humidity in this house. Every window in our brand new house is so sweaty you cannot see outside. My front door (which now has very rusty hinges) and sliding door have such a poor seal and collect so much moisture they freeze shut anytime it’s cold out. Now we have a mold issue starting to form and after reaching out to this awful company for a resolution, we got “it must be your lifestyle that’s causing it.” The one guy we talked to, Bob, was useless to talk to. After several more attempts to get ahold of someone and many times of “oh he’s out the office right now, can he call you back later” we’ve had it. Please stay far away from these scam artists. There’s no reason a 4 month old new house should have mold forming. I’d give a 0 out of 5 if I could.

Muncy Homes has yet to deliver anything, not even a build assembly date. Our deposit was submitted at the beginning of the year and they refuse to move on my build because the amount of money they will make in me is nothing compared to larger home orders that have come in, ultimately delaying the process. All my attempts to gain a satisfactory status have been met with resistance by Muncy. The point of contact with the home is Scott. As a proud combat veteran I am disgusted by the operation proficiency of Muncy Homes. They have provided me with nothing that would make me feel the company is trustworthy. My warning to others....look elsewhere...possibly a veteran friendly modular company. Scranton PA Status Plan 384A / Job#32585
