The staff at Twin Hills and their program are incredible. They support system, recipes and vitamins have truly been an asset to me. I have lost more than my targeted goal weight and I feel amazing. The energy I have is awesome!! If you need a weight loss program this is the go to place for sure.

My first two weeks getting ready to start my weight loss journey seemed easy with the help of the staff at the Muncy office. They explained every aspect of the program and I left my second week appointment feeling like I could easily handle it. Had a few questions as I read thru the notebook but after watching the supplement video the questions were answered. I missed the video notification the morning of my appointment so had to play catch up after.
