Very well ran establishment. My friends and I came up from Port Huron, MI. We had signed our waivers online so we only had to wait a short moment before an employee took us out to the machine's and went over them with us quickly. We were off within minutes. Newer, dependable machine's. We put on over 350 miles without an issue. Definitely recommend using this place for your sled rentals.

Incredible service!! Luke and Josh were able to get me right in and had me back out on the trails in just a few days after replacing blown motor. Luke personally came out on the trail to assist with a minor setback after the repair. Great customer service all around!!!
Rented a snowmobile from here last weekend. Although they were kind and courteous in the rental process, we were very disappointed with the snowmobile we received. It had a broken windshield that rattled the whole time we drove it and it was missing a side mirror which made it impossible to see if a sled was coming up behind us. The reverse didn’t work and it failed to start at times leaving us stranded on the trail at night. For the kind of money we paid to rent this, we expected the machine to be in better condition. Very disappointing!
I must say that I have had a great experience with the service department at Renzes. JC went above and beyond to get me set. Carol was also great to work with. Heck, even Marshall helped me out. If you are looking to buy gear, toys or need service, this is your spot. Yes, this review is real. I picked up my sled from the service department today. I have nothing but great things to say about these amazing people.
Our sales person went out of his way to get this deal done! I would go back for sure!
