We vallen because we thought are dog ate rat Poison.. we could come immediately, once there the staff was extremely fast to help and very professional yet friendly. Everyone spoke English . If you live near, this is the vet you need!

We are visiting Sweden for a few months with our three dogs and we ended up having a veterinary emergency with one of our dogs. Elu, a ten-year-old Tibetan Spaniel, ate a bunch of sand at the waterfront (presumably he found something dead in the sand) and somehow managed to ingest a half kilo of sand despite us intervening to stop him! We took him to Mjonas Djurklinik, as it was our nearest veterinary clinic, and Julian (veterinarian) performed an x-ray and discovered the impacted sand... which had impacted over 30cm of colon! Elu was in surgery for three hours with Julian, with Jakob occasionally assisting. It was unclear whether Elu would survive, but we are thrilled to report that two weeks on and he is alive and well. Emma, the veterinary nurse who stayed overnight with him, was also truly lovely - and all the staff really took care of both Elu and us. They were very helpful in answering our questions and being honest with us about his prognosis. The facilities are nice and clean, and my husband loves the free coffee machine! :) When we took Elu for his check-up a week after the surgery, he was so excited to see Emma especially--licking her all over as if to say thank you. We feel very blessed that they saved his life and took such good care.
