I went inside, asked what is the longest gold chain they sell, then the woman sitting answered 22 inches. Of course as a customer you want to see the chain but she pointed out that the chain was inside the display glass, second from right or whatever. I asked again which one among the chain she was referring to. This time, she stood up, went beside the display glass and pointed to the chain without any offer at all or action to show the chain. A salesperson must have a good charisma to let the buyer to be more interested in buying their jewelry. Salesperson must be smiling and keen to offer to be of service but this lady, if she is, is only after her salary but not for the interest of her buyer.
