they actually have a courteous staff from the guard to the reception area. Dr. navarro was very pleasant during check up. Transactions were systematic. no lunch break policy was applied. even if it took time (the APE process) i was seated comfortably. thanks for a good experience

Now i know why it has low rating. Not recommendable clinic for pre-employment and APE. Results takes weeks or months when it was promised 5 working days. I have been here for 2 days after 2 weeks just waiting for my results and still no document shown. Its all about the money. I would recommend others to go other clinic. When you go here in aventus its all about SLOW PROCESSING Change and innovate your system

Contrary to the comments I read, my experience in this clinic was quite good. It was fast and the staffs were very accommodating!

The token-number system for medical facilities should be altered, so that patients are queued separately from non-patients. Aventus exemplifies this inefficiency so glaringly. It took me, as a patient, 23 minutes to be called because those in front of me in the queue were job applicants whose papers were being procesed and photos taken after they were called. In the meantime, patients who were in dire need of attention were painfully waiting for their turn to be called! Also, hospitals should castigate or kick out doctors and specialists who do not show up on time. At Aventus, I waited for an hour for the ENT doctor to finally arrive. When she did, she was unapologetic, as if being tardy was normal and being present was doing me a favor. I am still reeling over such lack of professionalism as I write this. Seriously, a big kick in the posterior is what these young(ish), amateurish doctors need.
