On a business trip, we were looking for hand pulled noodles (Chinese) and when we got there it was closed. Bacolod Chicken Inasal was open across the breezeway. I thought it was all chicken but we were able to get chicken inasal, bagoong rice, lechon kawali and sisig. We got \mineral water\ (bottled water to be safe) and a small plate with calamansi (lime/orange like citrus) with a thai-bird chili. You mash the chili, squeeze the calamansi and add soy sauce for dipping or dripping. The food was great. I wouldn't go again. Staff was very attentive and helpful.

Food quality is not maintained, sometimes it tastes good sometimes not. Not ideal to eat here if you are in a hurry as serving takes very long like 30-40 mins. Staff are okay, sometimes unattentive. Price is average but not worth due to inconsistency of quality. Place is fine but there are flies everytime.
