Please step up your After sales service. As the new distributor of casio last 2020 ,you only have 1 service center in Alabang. We have to go there or use a courier to bring it there to have it serviced and paying more. Unlike Time Depot,the old distributor have 3 service center:Moa, North edsa and rockwell. My G shock is due for a battery change , it must be serviced in your service center only to maintain its waterproofness. If done outside , it's not waterproof anymore since they dont know how to do it.Please add more service center, it's 2021 already
