Did a quick downgrade in plan and it only took me ten minutes from entry to exit. They have a quick desk that can handle simple transactions. Pleasant and light transactions is the norm at Globe with staff ready to help.

Customer service is good but sales agents have unlikely attitude. This place is always crowded - you really have to wait 30-45 minutes to be assisted. Good thing they have notification feature available on mobile.
