Terrible service. No coordination with the staff and the doctors. Wasted hours waiting in lobby not knowing what time you'll be called by the doctor. The doctor was late and no one proactively informed the patients.

Thanks for wasting my day. Your CS never bothered to find out the whole patient detail very early on na important pala to the request being made to you since we've been texting at12 noon until 5pm today. I knew there needed to be clarifications na di kaya ng pa text text lang, even when I called earlier your CS never bothered to answer, only to return my call until LATE na in the afternoon,.your nurse had to come and let me know pa. Next time please make sure at the onset pa lang ng inquiry ng customer that your CS would ASK & provide the important guidelines for the tests being requested, especially for sensitive cases like mine requesting for my mother's treadmill stress test. I am writing this so that your superiors will know how to better train your CS next time when booking for these kinds of tests.

Kudos to a nurse checking patients' vital signs. She is such adorable she wears a big sincere smile on her face and greets each patient happily. I am glad she was the one who assisted. I wish the rest of the staff would be like her because the one stationed at dispensing area who is pretty could have been prettier if she could be as couteous and jolly as the other one. The same work ethics and values is much needed by the staff who did my blood extraction and another one who did the ultra sound. SMILE! This medical center is clean and is open as early as 7AM.
