Good place to get service and parts, especially Honda parts that are not commonly available at general retailers. Simple things like your windshield wiper cap--simple and small, but not easily available elsewhere.

NOT living up to my expectations of their goal to have No.1 Customer Satisfaction! Poor follow up... and bias to only those captured clients. I paid for a reservation fee in May 16, 2019 and promised to prioritize my order but to no avail until I have requested for a refund which is taking forever! The S.A. said woud only take 1-2 weeks... yet it looks like they do not bother at all since it's a withdrawal. Add on: Just got my refund after several ffup phone calls and I still observed that the entirety of their front liners must improve on ther accommodation. I already got the Honda car I'd wanted to buy but too bad not in this dealer store which I used to have a high regard with. Other Honda dealer exerted effort had better follow through that won my preference over this one in Alabang.

Had an accident and fixed here. Took 3 months to finish, cause: issues on \insurance\. When I got the car, fans are not working so overheating, some aircon issues which were not there before. Mileage at 20T so still a new car. Don't know what happened

Service is good, but I have some concerns about the PMS. Is it appropriate to change oil even engine did not run for 10k km. (4k km. Only) because I checked oil before doing the PMS still look okey and very clear, but your SA insist it is part of 6months even the car run for 1000 km...it look like waste of money just to satisfy the semi annual PMS. Suggest to have a change oil every 10k km run of the engine regardless of semi annually PMS. FYI and thanks.

Setting an appointment via SMS is very easy. Service Advisor explains everything clearly and in detail. I had a 730AM slot for PMS & complete wash and it was done in the afternoon. Great Service!

Dec. 26, 2020, talked to operator for PMS the lady said \Sir you can drop by as walk-in\, but when I i arrive there the guard and the service advisor told me that there is no slot available. waisted time,, charge to experience na lang
