Poor customer service. ThEir website says they are open at 9am, so we waited... only to find out that they're not open til 10am and take note they opened at 10:15, and this the lady told my wife that their sonologist will not be available til 2pm. So we wasted time and effort. Definitely will not recommend this clinic.

We waited 3 hours and when it was our turn, Dr. Lynn Marcelo was rushing through the procedure. She was also rude in the way she was talking to my wife. She did not even bother to put the baby's weight inreport. She did not also check the myomas, which was standard in all my wife's ultrasound. VERY TRAUMATIC EXPERIENCE. Public hospitals have better and more professional doctors. I hope they do something about this. Otherwise, avoid this place. They will ruin the whole expecting parents experience for you.

Much better pumunta ng maaga para una sa pila. 930am, Sunday, kami dumating sa festival mall. 2nd agad kami sa pila. 11am dating ng doctor. Mabilis lang kasi natapos kami 1130. Mabilis lang kung mauuna ka sa pila. Kasi dinadayo talaga sila. As in sobrang dami agad ng tao pag sapit ng 11am. Super bilis din makuha copy ng result especially 3D4D though medyo pricey pero super worth it naman for me lalo na pag nakita mo na yung Baby mo at nalaman mo na gender.
