Requested for our BC last Feb. 11, 2021. Be there really early if you need to be elsewhere after. We went before 7AM and line was already long (you have to lineup outside the mall first before you're allowed inside). The guard controls how many are allowed in to maintain social distancing. Inside, we were told to wait in this area with monobloc chairs. Then they would direct those on the front rows to vacate the seats and go upstairs to the 4th floor where the PSA office is. After umakyat ng mga nasa harap, they would allow the rest to move forward. Before going upstairs, they call 2 persons at a time. They ask what document you're requesting for, check your valid ID (you have to show 1 valid ID), and then they'll provide you with the relevant form (they write on the form what ID you presented). Then you will have to get back to your chair to fill out the form while you're not yet called to go up to the 4th floor. While filling out your form, another guard attaches your queue number. Pang 106 at 107 kami ng mister ko. Then another row is allowed to go up. In the 4th floor, you will be directed to the room in front of PSA where they will have you pay P75/PSA document copy. This is for Muntinlupa LGU. They call it Local PSA fee. May resibo. After paying, there is another holding area inside that room before you're called to enter PSA which is right across. Queue number was checked by the guard but hindi na sinusunod yung numbering, dito, basta may legit number ka, pasok ka. When we were there at the PSA, only 3 payment windows were open, so payment was a bit slow. After payment, you wait for releasing. Listen to the PA system as they call out names then you hav to proceed to the releasing window. We made it out at 10:30AM. We got all 5 birth certificates we requested for @ P155 each kaya sulit na din. Tip: Fill out all the information needed on the form. Pati yung nsa likod.

well organized, from the guards to the staffs. though may appointment nga lang ako kaya mas mabilis ko sya nakuha, pero maayos tlga yung process. it took me i think less than 30mins kasi may finifill outan pa upon arrival at their office saka kung incase may kulang kang need ipa re copy na isasubmit sa kanila.
