The chubby girl, wasn't approachable at all. She didn't even smile at me. The place I liked, but if the place is to be held by a clerk such as her, then I wouldn't shop at that particular branch at all.

Both the Saleslady and cashier in Festival Mall branch were not accommodating at all. Their unfriendly attitude makes a customer feel like they do not matter. They badly need training in customer service imo.
