Good coffee for a lower price. Not gonna lie, even the iced coffee is good. Preferably sweet black.

Although French Vanilla is really sweeter than expected, it is still my personal favorite. Wish there is a way for them to lessen sugar, the staff said it's premixed and they could not do anything about it. Love their breads and donuts and pastries too. This branch is really cool because it's on the 2nd floor of the new building of Landmark Festival mall overlooking the inlet riverpark. They have a nice view and wide open front space along the walkway veranda.

One of our go-to places for good coffee here at Festival Supermall. Sandwiches are so good and ideal for a hungry tummy. Tim’s potato wedges are my favorite!

Really satisfied with my very first experience at Tim Hortons! Place - is clean, not very big but still spacious to accommodate average number of customers Staff - friendly and helpful in deciding which to order Food - they have a lot of healthy sandwich varieties which has generous serving that can replace you rice meals for lunch or dinner. If you aint hungry they have doughnuts that you can try to complement a bitter sweet meal paired with coffee Coffee - Amazing coffee! I am not a coffee fanatic and have tried popular coffee shops but instead of waking my nerves, i feel sleepy as always. But Tim Hortons coffee made my belief wrong. We went hear for dinner around 7pm, i was wide awake til 1am and had a hard time to sleep. Hahaha.. it really depends on the kind of coffee. Good Job! Price - is average and affordable. Its almost the same with the other coffee shops.

Location wise. This Tim Horton's would be ideal in terms of accessibility. Problem I find is that it's directly in path of the sun in the afternoons. Place is usually full even with sufficient seats. Service is decent as well and on time. I visit this Tim's everytime I'm in Festival
