Best gym ever! And best coaches ever! They will guide you throughout your fitness journey. They have varying classes everyday, just book via their Facebook page. Free trials are also offered. Aside from physical fitness, they also provide health coaching wherein you get to have this safe space of talking about your goals other than physical fitness. Very well-rounded. They make you accountable (but not by force) of your progress, cheering and supporting you to be better. More than just another gym, it’s a community.
