The cottages at Hotelli Jeris have been recently refurbished and are the perfect place for some peaceful winter relaxation and winter sports. The staff were kind and welcoming and the whole experience was excellent. Will be visiting again soon.

I stayed at one of the hotel's cabin for a week in February. I absolutely loved it! There's a fully equipped kitchen, the bathroom is attached to a sauna, guest WC...The hotel itself provides breakfast, lunch and dinner. The buffets are great, there's also vegetarian options for each course and vegan milk during the breakfast. The activities proposed are also very interesting, yet you can enjoy some resting time: spa, saunas, snowmobile ride, cross-country ski, hiking trails. 100% would recommend!

Absolutely loved this place. We came for our honeymoon and the staff were amazing, they couldn't do enough for you. The views are phenomenal! We stayed in a well equipped log cabin in the Hotelli Jeris grounds which was clean, cosy and surprisingly very warm. The food was of good quality also and a good selection to choose from. I would definitely return here in the the future.
Amazing place I was worried about food as I have coeliac disease I was amazed how everything was organised I never missed out different dessert every night activities we pre booked were fantastic extremely organised will absolutely visit again !

Jeris Hotel is fairly comfortable. We stayed in a cabin 10 minutes walk away. Basic cheap furniture and kitchen but it was perfectly adequate for a week. Staff were friendly and helpful although as non-French we certainly felt like we were second in the pecking order. The French make up the vast majority of their guests: they get the main dining room and we get the side rooms. There are other tiny touches that are absent from the non-French experience which the sensitive might take offence at. There are penny-pinching signs that really should be altered. These include: 10 If you want to be awakened if the northern lights appear no free tea or coffee outside meal times 15 to use the sauna. As part of a package trip from Gatwick booked with Artisan Travel (and costing 2,500 per person) there were times I was unimpressed with the standard but the overall experience - the 2 day husky trip, the day on a snowmobile safari, the reindeer excursion - make up for the little niggles.
