The shop itself is in a very rustic, traditional Japanese shop with a very pleasant smell. Various varieties of dried salmon and other items. The staff are very friendly and are fine with you wandering to the back room where they have about a hundred salmon hanging from the ceiling.

Nice shop but prices are high.
Beautiful store specializing in dried salmon products. At the back of the store you can see the salmon drying. There is also a short video playing on a loop. I purchased some dried salmon and used it in my rice. It was delicious.
