I spent a couple of weeks in deluxe bungalow, the newest one! All the staff really paid lots of attention to each single detail. Tiliguerta is the real Glamping in Italy, the beach is beautiful, the food at the restaurant is excellent, there a lot of spots to see into the wild nature of the south east of Sardinia. Above all we appreciated the “one to one” relation with the staff from all the different departments, which is something unique in general. I want to recommend bungalow #18, especially if you love reading books and the smell of paper. We’ll definitely get back next Summer 2020! Thank you all!

We arrived having camped at many places around Sardinia for the last 6 weeks, we booked the pitch at Christmas and paid the hefty deposit (highest we paid in Sardinia 50%). Clearly an early booking does not guarantee a good pitch, we were told we had a choice of two - 1 was small, next to a corner of a track, didn’t really look like a pitch. The other, half was taken over by another family and the other half had a manhole cover in the middle. Immediately the 2 other families in the pitches next door told us we’d have to ‘make do’ with the space left! We told the management and they said they’d tell the family to move their tent the next day. Not ideal for neighbour relations. We were aware of the booking conditions but asked for a percentage of our deposit back as the pitches were so poor - the management as yet have not got back to us on this. The toilets and facilities were clean and there were some very good pitches that we saw (not offered). My advice, don’t book, turn up and make your own mind up. This is not the best beach in Sardinia, there are campsites with better beaches. We probably won’t get any of our deposit back, it would be a nice gesture as it’s such a lot of money and the pitches offered we’re not good, but you live and learn!

We had the luxury of 6 weeks vacation. Nine out of ten campgrounds where we stayed during this trip would be rated 4 to 5 stars. Tiliguerta only one star for the beach nearby. The reception and service were awful. The pool rules are ridiculous. The pool also has a break between 1 and 3 p.m. The price per day was between 110 and 78 EUR for a family with 2 children and depend on your ability to argument and discuss. Compared to Corsica campgrounds which cost us all less than 50 EUR and most of them nicer also ridiculous.

They are not able to organise to open the gate to go out at 6 a.m. Update after reply: I was not rude, I was just dissapointed you cannot find a solution just to open the gates at 6 a.m. as we needed to be in the hospital early and could not change the time. Your offered "best solution" to park and sleep outside the campground, to go after 7 a.m. were just ridiculous (as the last one - to pay, park inside, then wait before gate opening guy comes at 7 p.m. and then ask him if he can come and open the gate at 6 a.m.). But you have denied my offered solutions to give us a remote or open the gates before night. Your neighbooring campgrounds had no problem to open the gates at 6 a.m. Good luck with your treatment of the clients. I hope other clients will like it.
