As an existing patient, they wouldn't schedule me prior to November 2021 (5 months from now). What good is a doctor if you can't see them for 5 months? Taking on too many patients for statistics sake rather than ensuring good service to those already engaged.

Front desk/receptionists are almost always short and unfriendly. I called in my prescription in the morning and when I woke up to get it before work (I work midnights) it wasn’t there. Apparently I needed to make an appointment for the medication and no one had bothered to tell me until I needed it. Quite rude and unhelpful

I’ve been going to this clinic for a year. The first they were nice. However, I never received a call from them to discuss my lab, or X-rays results. Lack of communication. They don’t care about the patients. They waste my money and my time. I’m not going back again. I highly don’t recommend it.

Dr. Eller and Ashley Castle are amazing! Even though I've moved out of town I still rely on this office for all my primary care needs. They are very responsive to portal messages as well. Very friendly staff.

The front office staff have always been nice. My first visit they weren't over the top friendly but very professional. I've been a patient for a few yrs now and they have gotten friendlier over time. That's expected when you first start going they don't know you or your personality. The nurses and Lab techs have all been friendly. I have seen Megan for most of my visits and she is amazing. Very kind, patient & knowledgeable. She has always explained everything in detail - making sure I understood if it were not a good option for me \why\. She made me feel comfortable from visit 1. The other doctors/NP's I've seen have been professional and nice as well. The doctor isn't a fun place - when you go there is usually always something wrong but my experience with this office has always been pleasant no matter the reason for my visit.
