Can't recommend them. I made an appointment to meet the owner to buy a 400K home in the Murphy area. I did so after doing research about her and decided she was who I wanted to work with. I showed up at the agreed to time and date. She was not there. I got passed off to another agent. Bad start. This agent showed me a home that wreaked of mildew, throughout and thought it would be a good buy. Then he showed me a home in a defunct country club neighborhood and told me that maybe, someday the Casino owners might buy the club and invest 2M and make the home he was showing me double in value. OMG ... That was my last day with this realtor.
