I’m giving John ️ ️️️️ because he made selling our cabin from a different state so easy.. Not only did we get what he thought it was worth he went beyond that and sold it by the weekend..Living 9 hours away we did not have to worry about anything and everything was done by text ,email,and fed ex ..We are so blessed that we had a realtor that knew the market and cared about what we actually thought the value of our cabin was worth..Johns team deserves a 5 star rating as well for just keeping us in the loop or just driving up the mountain to turn off lights that were left on by a showing ..Everyone in that subdivision saw the fast response you get from John and I see more future sales for him in his future !!! I found out about The Poltrock Team through my conversations with friends. I liked all of you and your bubbly personalities, and that convinced me to work with a team agent to sell my Murphy, NC cabin. During my real estate transaction, The Poltrock Team made showings less stressful for me, as I had canines in residence. They also gave me adequate lead time so that I was able to have my home in pristine condition. Throughout the process, The Poltrock Team really listened to me and was always there for me. At every stage of the transaction, they really “had my back.” Looking back, as a seller from another state, I would rate the service I received as a 10. Wish I could give a zero star review. Shady business practices. He is willing to sign and accept offers and then continue to shop homes that have already been promised to a buyer. The type of man to nullify agreements and lie to a customer’s face in order to make a few extra dollars in commission. John is an all around garbage human being and should never be trusted by anyone who values their time and money. There are plenty of better agents to work with.
