I went to the store 5 minutes before close (I know very last minute but I was shopping with the person that the gift was for and had to wait for her to leave) to grab a specific pair of leggings for my moms birthday. I knew what size, what color, and exactly where they were, and made the associate aware of the situation. While the location was supposed to be open I was told I could not enter because they wanted to close. Such a bummer!! I usually have great experiences with this location so it really sucked.

I was just at the store trying on a jacket. There was an employee right next to me giving my dirty looks and won't say anything., she ended up calling someone that came over really rude, saying were not letting people try on the clothes when obviously there were multiple people trying on clothes and I never saw her say anything to the other people. My husband told them well there is no signs anywhere. I have been to another AE store and they let u try on the jackets. I really felt discriminated. I ended up leaving the store with out purchasing anything. There was alot of people walking out saying the same thing. They have really good clothes. But worse customer service I have seen. You ask for something and they won't go to the back to look, they just stop and chat with each other.

terrible covid precautions. None of the employees wear their masks correctly and several of them pull the masks down when talking. id expect better from this store with the precautions that their sister location aerie is taking, i would just buy online in the future.

Really nice to have American eagle near my house but there is not much variety of products in the store... I was hoping to see the size of leggings but no leggings but only jean products. And accessories are displayed near the cashier but only few products... Also I was not sure of the clearance is really clearance without any marking on the price tag...

Customer service here is horrible. I have attempted to shop here a couple times and every time I walk out without making a purchase due to how rude some of the associates are. My last attempt was this past weekend and I asked to speak to a manager and now I can see where the employees get their customer service skills from. I am done giving them chances. I love the clothes, especially the jeans but I will be sticking to online shopping when I want to purchase from them.

It takes like 5 secs to mark in Google you are closed for the day. Instead you just tape up a small sign on your locked door (on a Friday as well) ? Poor management.....
