Definitely the place to shop for influencers
Horrible experience the associates were rude wouldn’t help us with what we we’re looking for wouldn’t even take 2 seconds to stop talking to each other to help us find a couple things they said we’ll check the back and then never did and kept talking to each other very unprofessional I’ll stick to my online shopping to avoid that store from now on. It’s fine they didn’t want our money we went else where and got better service.

Everytime I shop or call this store the associates are all very helpful and sweet. They always make sure we find what we need and answer any questions we have.
Gave one star for this specific visit to the store today (I shop in this store often and don’t usually have problems). I purchased a pair of Steve Madden shoes at the store, but since there was some marked up spots on the shoes I asked the cashier if he could check if there were any available online. He said he checked online and there were none available in my size and that no stores had the shoe as well. I was shopping online a couple hours later and decided to check the availability of the shoe online myself and they were available! I am pretty upset that he told me the shoes were not available online and they are; I could have ordered a pair that doesn’t look partially used.
