I bought a vehicle from Jim Philips and it was hands down the best vehicle buying experience of my life. If I could give more than five stars I would! I was slightly nervous purchasing a vehicle and his affable demeanor quickly calmed my nerves and I was excited to buy a vehicle from him. The whole transaction went smoothly and quickly. This is my third vehicle with Justin & I won't go anywhere else. He takes every moment to explain whatever you need to know & is willing to make any timing work for you to get together. I love that he & his family are so active in the community & that makes me want to support him all the more. I was in a terrible accident a few years ago, Justin contacted me immediately to see how I was & helped make everything much better when dealing with vehicle replacement etc. I can't say enough about his service & also James in financing. Great guys & excellent job.

Kudos to the service team at Murray Honda! It was my first time to visit this dealership as I don’t live in the area. My tire pressure warning came on as I was driving by. Turns out I had a nail in a tire. They fixed it for me in about 20 minutes and didn’t even charge me for the service. Everyone was kind, helpful, and took the time to answer my questions. Made me feel good about buying Honda and I will certainly try and have my service done here in the future.

Love the service!! I have purchased my last 2 vehicles from a gentlemen named \Jim Philips\ and his service is second to none! I am really not knowledgeable with vehicles or technology and he would always go out of his way to go over every detail and feature that my cars came with! I appreciate that kind of attentiveness! I always walked away with exactly what I wanted and within my budget. I plan to upgrade this summer, and I will be going straight to Jim! Thanks :)
