We have recently had your company take over the maintenance on our lift and I must say I was very impressed with your engineer. I pointed out a few historical issues and he was more than happy to look into them. Great customer service

It is difficult to find a reliable lift company who are consistent and provide the service you desire. I have worked with all the major lift companies in the past and have had poor service from them all. I have had a contract with Murray Lifts for the last four years and have been pleased with their service to date. Highly recommend.

Stuck on the fifth floor, lift not working AGAIN. Every other weekend for a year the lifts have not been working, last night safety inspector came in to inspect the lifts, and now the lifts have been turned off, i guess they werent safe? it seems they dont know how to fix lifts properely once and for all. I implore people, especially those with a family and little ones, try to push property owner to NOT go with these people to 'fix' their lifts. Stuck on the 5th floor with two babies and had to cancel their vaccinations because i cant carry a double baby buggy up and down 5 flights of stairs, have mercy on a mother for christ sake

Took over the management of the lifts in my building and almost immediately one the lifts stopped working. They make it work for a day, then it stops again. aising the industry to new heights\ seems to mean making the lift stay stuck on the top floor.
