This is the first time in my adult life that I have worked with an independent agency and what a fabulous experience. For the last week I have worked with Kelly A. to change over all (4) insurance policies in an attempt to save money. She was fabulous to work with since this all still had to be done via phone or email due to COVID. She was clear what documents she needed, she was very responsive and timely through her emails, she quickly answered all my questions and saved me money! Even the last day we communicated, I had missed her morning email and she checked in later in the day to see if we were OK because she hadn’t heard back from me. She clearly cares about her clients and I am looking forward to meeting her when the office reopens! All customer service employees should be like Kelly!
