Theresa and Fred were very helpful and not pushy! The first time we went in, they understood that we were shopping around and were happy to show us whatever we wanted to look at. They answered our questions, and then even encouraged us to shop around and to make sure to compare the warranty and care plans. When we went back, they remembered who we were, and were very patient with all our questions as they helped us find the perfect ring. They were also very helpful and accommodating with the specialty features that we asked to be included in the wedding bands.

My fiance and I got both of our rings at Sierra-West! They had such great service and selection in the Murray location! The owners answered all of our questions and remembered us each time we came into the store! We also got my custom ring and my fiance's wedding band much faster than anticipated! Oh my word. I cannot even express about how amazing our experience was. We drove down from Logan to their Murray location so many times because they. Are. Worth. It. The whole process of looking, designing, and picking it up was such a great experience. They were not pushy at all and so patient. The best part of this was that the ring was done right as COVID-19 shut everything down, and Fred was so kind to meet us in a parking lot late at night to for us to pick it up. We loved our experience here! So thank you Sierra West!
