Great gym with awesome equipment, as well as a very nice selection of dumbbell weights. The only reason for 4 stars is the quality of barbells were not very good. They had a very weak knurling, which makes it tricky to do any of the big 3 lifts. This could be personal preference as I do have a liking for a very aggressive knurling, however having at least one bar with that option would have been very nice. Other than that, a great gym!

Hey Gym Rats! American is the best place to work those muscles! Wide selection of great classes with outstanding instructors. And if you need one on one to meet your goals, they have it. And they have a Cryogenic room to compliment your exercise plan. WOW doesn't say enough! Make sure you bring your smile!

I went to sign up and nobody was at the front desk. Then I went inside this boot camp part of the gym they have and the guy in there gave me dagger eyes and wasn’t welcoming at all so I just turned around and left. I never even signed up. There was a women behind a glass office door while I was at the front desk but she also paid no attention to me she seemed more interested in her Trophies to come assist me. They Lost two member that day, me and my son who was interested in martial arts.
