So I happened to be stranded with a flat tire and I called Brian’s Automotive to ask if they could help me out? Darrien told me, no we don’t do roadside assistance, you would have to come to us. I continued looking for help when 2 hours went by and I called them back. Now mind you they were only 0.6 miles from where my vehicle sat with a flat tire. I asked do you know of anyone who can help change the tire on my SUV. He said call Triple A. I said I have been waiting for 2 hours on them already. His response been there myself. I asked why doesn’t anyone in the area help with changing tires? He said to much liability and wished me luck. Well as luck would have it the tow truck company that they use for their own calls changed tires and they use ABBA Towing as a part of their service to tow broken down cars to their location for repairs. ABBA Towing was fantastic and got me up and running in 20 minutes after I was given their number from another local!!!! I would say save your time and money and seek out professionals who are willing to help out people stranded instead of just laughing at us on the other end of the phone lines!!!! You don’t even deserve 1 Star for your horrible business ethics!!!!

Are you looking for honest? Look no further. To me, honesty is the most invaluable aspect of car places. These guys shoot you straight and won’t try to milk you for stuff that doesn’t need fixing. Next time I need auto work, I’ll be going straight back to Brian’s! A, guys!!!

These guys were amazing. We thought something was wrong with our tire. Rather than them taking advantage of the situation, they had three different people check to make sure the tire was ok. See m Didn't even charge us! And refused to take any money at all from us. Very standup guys. I would recommend this place to anyone!!!
